The site works fine for the most part, but it looks old and a bit messy. The colors and layout feel dated, and some pages are so crowded that it’s not very pleasant to use. I also didn’t like that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact when I needed help, just the usual automated stuff. It could really use a cleaner, more modern design and some actual support from a person

I thought this was going to be a bit bigger and have some weight to it, but it feels kind of tiny and cheap-ish in person. For what I paid, I expected more. Not really happy with it.

The payment kept failing for some reason, and it finally went through after way too many tries. It was sorta frustrating, but at least it worked in the end

I mainly bought this because it’s made in the USA, and reading between the lines, that was the big selling point for me. The quality seems decent so far, nothing to complain about there. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m still satisfied with the purchase

It was fine in the microwave and did what I needed there, but getting it to fit nicely in the dishwasher was kind of a hassle and I kept having to rearrange things, so for daily use it just felt more annoying than convenient.

My order got here quickly, which I appreciated, but the packaging was frustrating. There was barely any padding in the box, and one of the pieces ended up with a small chip. For fragile items, I feel like proper protection is such a basic thing to get right, and it kind of seemed like that was ignored. The shipping was fast, but the packing felt rushed and not careful enough.

Plates showed up way darker than the photos. Not what I expected.
